We do not provide catering delivery or service, we only cook the items for you to pick up

We offer several different item options, which you can mix and match.

We have a 50 pound total order minimum for cooked items (for example, 25 lbs pork shoulder & 25 lbs chicken halves)

1/2 pound to 1 pound per adult is recommended

Pork Shoulder Roast — 3.79 per pound

Half Chickens — 3.29 per pound

Chicken Hind 1/4s — 1.89 per pound

Beef Brisket — 7.79 per pound

Pork Spareribs — 5.79 per pound

Pork Baby Back Ribs — 6.79 per pound

A $125 cooking fee will be applies to every order

Special requests can be accommodated for an additional fee

ALL PURPOSE - Our house made seasoning. Salt, garlic, pepper, paprika, and other natural spices

BRISKET, BUTT & BBQ RUB - House made brisket rub. Salt, brown sugar, garlic, pepper, chili powder, ground mustard, and other natural spices

GARLIC PEPPER - A blend of several peppercorns, garlic, and herbs

SALT FREE ALL PURPOSE - Our house made seasoning in a salt free version
