Our artisan beef jerky is made from locally sourced, all natural, USDA choice or higher beef pectoral(thick cut) and rounds(thin cut). The meat is hand sliced and brined using carefully crafted family recipes, and smoked in small batches in our old-fashioned smokehouse.
