The meat is hand sliced and brined using carefully crafted family recipes, and smoked in small batches in our old-fashioned smokehouse. Our delicious smoked salmon is made from wild caught Alaskan King Salmon, which we brine, season, and smoke in our old-fashioned smokehouse.
